2009-2010 Board of Directors
Robert
Buse, Jr., MD is the Chief Radiologist, Medical
Director of Radiology Department, at Baptist East Hospital. He
received his undergraduate degree at Xavier University and attended
medical school at the University of Cincinnati. Bob completed
his residency at Vanderbilt University. He then did a Fellowship
at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology (Washington University
School of Medicine) in St. Louis, MO. Bob and his wife, Lori,
have 6 children. Bob’s children, as well as himself, have
been educated in the Montessori environment. Bob is a founding
parent of the Montessori School of Louisville. Board term (2007-2009)
Robert A.S. Chastain,
Esq. is
Vice President of Compliance, General Counsel and Chief Security
Officer for Pepperweed Consulting, LLC. Pepperweed is a national
IT Consulting and Support Services firm. Robb is also equity partner
in two technology firms located in Pittsburgh Pa: Ceeva and Compliance
Assurance Corporation (CAC). Prior to
joining Pepperweed, he was responsible for the regulatory compliance
practice and the technology security groups for both Ceeva and
CAC. Previously Robb spent over 12 years leading a turnaround management
team for privately held companies within the United States and
South Asia. Robb began his career as a business litigation attorney. In
addition to his business work, Robb also provides pro bono services
to several non-profits organizations. He is a founding parent
of the Montessori School of Louisville. Board term (2007-2009)
Tim Evans is President of
SmartMarket a marketing strategy consulting firm. Tim has managed marketing
and strategy development functions and consulted with retail and nonprofit
organizations in markets nationwide. Much of his recent marketing experience
has been in strategy development and redevelopment as well as advertising,
research, public relations, and the development of tracking systems
to evaluate and forecast growth. Most recently he has been consulting
with companies to improve their marketing effectiveness through
targeted segmentation of customers and prospects. This involves planning,
research, budgeting, media planning, creative development and plan
management. Board

James R. Gregory, Jr. is
a founding member of Odyssey Title Group, LLC and is a practicing attorney
in Louisville, Kentucky. He
received his B.A. from the University of Louisville in 1995 and
his Juris Doctorate from the Loyola University School of Law in New
Orleans, Louisiana, in 1998. James and his wife, Elicia, have
one daughter, Molly, who attends school at the Montessori School of
Louisville. As a
new member of the MSL board, James hopes to help continue the educational
vision that brought the Montessori School of Louisville into existence,
while working to enhance the awareness of the school and its benefits
to the community. Board term (2009-2011)
Neill Myers Caudill is
a graduate of Harvard University’s
Graduate School of Education where she obtained her master’s
degree in Administration, Planning & Social Policy. She received
her bachelor’s degrees in English Literature and Anthropology
from Auburn University. Presently, Neill is a Health Policy Manager
on WellPoint’s Corporate Public Policy team. Prior to joining
WellPoint, Neill served as the Director of Business Development & Social
Change for America Learns, a California-based social justice
company. She is the recipient of a 2002 Coro Fellowship in Public Policy & Public
Affairs and is a former AmeriCorps member. Additionally, Neill
has experience working on political campaigns and is an avid writer
and editor who has contributed to such publications as the Let’s
Go! Travel Guide and the Hornbook Guide to Children’s Literature. Neill
resides in Louisville with her husband, Gray. She is active in
her community where she serves on the Board of Directors of Community
Coordinated Childcare (4-C) and Business and Professional Women
of River City. She is also a member of the Louisville Film Society. Board

Sue Perram is an equity research
analyst. She
recently was employed by Veredus Asset Management, an independently
operated investment management firm. Sue lived in Cleveland and
Columbus, Ohio and Nashville, TN prior to moving to Louisville. In
those cities, she worked in investments and research for Alliance
Capital Management, the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio and
Avondale Partners LLC respectively. Sue and her family have been
actively involved with two established and well-regarded Montessori
programs. She
served on the board and the finance committee of the St. Joseph’s
Montessori School in Columbus, Ohio. She has two boys who have
both been in Montessori programs since the age of 3. Sue is a
founding parent of the Montessori School of Louisville. Board

Lori Wendelin is a licensed
CPA and mother of three. Lori
obtained a BS in business administration with a major in accounting
and management information systems from The Ohio State University. She
audited for Deloitte and Touche, LLP and then worked for Eclipse
Capital Management, Inc. in St. Louis, MO before moving to Louisville
in 2003. She is currently a stay-at-home mom and volunteer accountant
for MSL. Lori’s daughter Diana attends the Montessori School
of Louisville while baby sister Katie assists her mom as accountant-in-training. Board
term (2008-2010)
Melissa Ronayneis a primary Montessori instructor at J.F. Kennedy
Montessori Public School. She has been teaching Montessori classes
in the Jefferson County school system for 18 years. Prior to that,
Missy taught at a number of private Montessori programs, including:
Children's House (Harrod's Creek, KY), Providence Montessori and Lexington
Montessori (both in Lexington, KY). That adds up to a total of 33 yrs.
in Montessori education. Missy has her training from Xavier University
in both preprimary (3-6 yr.olds) and primary (6-9 yr. olds). She also
holds a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Louisville,
and a B.A. in Art and Music from Centre College. She lives in Louisville
with her husband, Mike, and has two sons, John (24 yrs) and Sam (18
yrs), who both attended Montessori programs in their youth.
