Middle School

The MSL Middle School program is modeled after the work of NAMTA's Orientation for Adolescents.  Occupations-based projects form the core of the curriculum and serve to incorporate a number of subject areas, skills and knowledge.  Projects conclude with corresponding culminating events for the students.

Middle School students begin and end each school year with an Odyssey trip.  The students plan and fundraise the resources for the trips.  Students participate in a Community Council and serve in leadership roles within the school community.

MSL's Middle School program supports the students' development of the skills needed for success in high school, including time management and organizational skills, along with academic preparedness.
