Early Childhood


Our Early Childhood environments support up to 24 children ages 3 to 6 years old with one lead, Montessori-certified teacher and one assistant. 

Curriculum

Students enjoy a morning work cycle of approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours, followed by a Community Circle time and Outdoor Classroom time.  All students bring their lunches and snack is provided daily.  Students work independently or in small groups in the curriculum areas of Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics and Cultural (Geography, Zoology, Botany, World Religions). Students have access to both art and music as a daily offering within the classroom environment. 

Enrichment & extra-curricular
Enrichment programs include Spanish language instruction.  After-school activities have included chess, soccer, yoga and art.


Program Times

Half-Day - Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:15 PM

School-Day - Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM to 2:45 PM; 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Fridays  

Extended care - Monday-Friday from 2:45 PM to 6:00 PM on the days that school is in session
